We provide aid in completing and submitting applications for programs like SNAP, WIC, and SSI, ensuring individuals receive the benefits they qualify for.
Appointment Scheduling
Assistance in helping individuals secure and manage appointments, ensuring they have access to necessary services and support.
Employment Support
Offers assistance with tasks such as resume creation, job search guidance, and navigating unemployment paperwork, facilitating individuals' efforts to secure employment opportunities.
Substance Abuse Treatment
We provide crucial resources and support for those who are dealing with substance abuse challenges. We partner with organizations like Behavioral Health System Baltimore and the Maryland Recovery Network to connect our community with inclusive treatment programs, harm reduction services, and counseling resources tailored to their unique needs.
Gender-Affirming Care Resource Assistance
Provides guidance and support in accessing resources and services related to gender-affirming care, including medical, psychological, and social support.
Area Resource Mapping and Connection
Assists individuals in locating and accessing various resources such as housing, mental health services, food assistance, transportation support, and substance abuse treatment.
