FreeState Justice provides support to trans and nonbinary individuals navigating access to gender-affirming healthcare, including hormone replacement therapy, surgery, and related services. Through advocacy and partnerships with affirming providers, FreeState Justice helps you get the care you need.

Education on Patient Rights And Navigating Healthcare Systems
FreeState Justice’s Resource Navigation Program helps LGBTQ+ people understand their rights in medical settings, knowing what to expect and how to advocate for themselves in these spaces. Our amazing Resource Coordinator will walk you through navigating these complex systems and deal with insurance denials, provider misconduct, care delays, and more!
