Our Commitment to Safety and Liberation

At FreeState Justice, we remain committed to justice, equity, and the right of LGBTQ+ people—especially Black and trans individuals—to live with safety, dignity, and power. In response to increased threats, we’ve removed staff and board profiles from our website.

This isn’t about backing down. It’s about protecting our people. We will not allow the anti-LGBTQ+ hostility to endanger those doing this work. Our work doesn’t stop. We’re still here. Still fighting. Still building a world where LGBTQ+ people can live free.
